Very happy with Livia looking after my cat Doreamon. I found him very happy and relaxed after been away 10 days. I will definitely call her back. Thank you Livia.

I would thoroughly recommend Livia. She was completely reliable-arriving at the same time each day to feed our cat and always leaving a pleasant message and photos, which was very reassuring. Our cat, Crackle, obviously also took to her as he appeared every day to greet her when she arrived. Can't really ask for more than a kind, cat loving, reliable person and Livia fulfilled all these criteria. I wouldn't hesitate as emply Livia again.

Livia looked after our three cats again while we were away, and she was just as good the second time round. Having met them before made a real difference — the boys were relaxed with her from day one, and she picked up straight away where she left off with each of them. The daily messages and photos were lovely, and it was reassuring to see how settled they were. As before, we came home to clean litter trays and everything tidy, with nothing left for us to sort out. We would happily book Livia again and recommend her without hesitation. Communication was excellent throughout and our cats were clearly in good hands.

Livia was great with our cat Yuki. She was prompt with the updates every day which meant we could make the most of our holiday knowing Yuki was well taken care of

Livia did an excellent job looking after our three cats. From the daily messages we could tell that she was really getting to know and interact with them ( as much as they allowed!) and they clearly gained confidence with her over the days we were away. When we returned, the litter trays and the areas around them were clean and tidy . We are more than happy to recommend Livia. Communication was excellent and our cats were well cared for.
