I am studying for the MCAT (the exam required for medical school admission), while working as an Event Medic. As such, my schedule is really flexible. I can't wait to bring your doggo(s) out for a fun walk and give lots of cuddles during my study breaks!

Routine and Schedule: Details about their daily routine, including feeding times, exercise needs, favorite toys or activities, and any specific commands or training cues they respond to. Behavioral Traits: Information about the pet's temperament, socialization level, any fears or anxieties, and how they typically interact with other animals and people. Likes and Dislikes: Favorite treats, toys, games, and activities that the pet enjoys, as well as things they may not like or be sensitive to. House Rules: Any rules or boundaries within the home, such as areas that are off-limits, preferred sleeping arrangements, and house training or litter box habits. Emergency Contacts: Contact information for the pet owner or emergency contacts in case of any issues or emergencies.

Engaging games like tug-of-war, hide-and-seek with treats, or puzzle toys that stimulate their mind and keep them entertained. Incorporating basic training commands or teaching fun tricks can be both mentally stimulating and a bonding experience (with your permission and guidance of course!) For pets who enjoy snuggling, relaxing together with some calming music or a cozy blanket fort can be a delightful way to unwind (cuddles tend to make the perfect study buddy!)

I am an emergency medical responder, so I am very comfortable in high-energy environments, and appreciate the mental clarity and peace that only cuddles with fluffy friends can bring. I helped train all of my family's dogs growing up (German-Sheppard, Sheepadoodle, and Rottweiler-mix), and I've helped take care of my housemate's cat for the past year (he is the best partner for any game-night, as long as he gets his box!).

Livia is AMAZING. Not only did Regal love her from the start, which, of course, was the priority, but Livia also communicated with me every day with photos to keep us satisfied that everything was going well. She figured out our girl's idiosyncrasies and did everything to keep her happy. She also went above and beyond her duties by filling all our water jugs so we wouldn't run out when we got home (our well is very low), which was a great help. I highly recommend Livia.
Livia was amazing!! She will definitely be my first call for my pet sitting needs. I would give her 10 stars if I could!
Great experience with Livia watching our two dogs and cat. She was wonderful with the animals, very responsive, and trustworthy to have staying in our home. Would wholeheartedly recommend her any time!
