Your Pet’s Home Away From Home
I’ve been a dog and cat lover for as long as I can remember and understand how important it is to find someone you trust with your pet. My goal is to make your furry family member feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I live on a spacious half-acre lot in a quiet neighborhood, giving dogs plenty of room to run, explore, and play. My home features a large doggy door, so your pup can easily go outside whenever they want. Whether your dog enjoys playtime, belly rubs, or simply lounging around, they’ll receive plenty of attention and care throughout their stay. I share my home with Jake, my friendly yellow Labrador Retriever. He’s very laid-back, loves other animals, and is happy to welcome new friends. To provide a calm, personalized experience, I only accept one client family at a time. This means your pet won’t have to adjust to a house full of unfamiliar dogs and will receive my full attention. For everyone’s safety, I have young children in the home and can only accept dogs that are friendly and non-aggressive around people and other animals (no pitbulls or pitbull mixes). Livia was outstanding with our two labradoodles. She was caring and attentive, and looked after our senior dog and our younger, high energy dog with equal enthusiasm. She kept us well informed with daily photos and videos. Her home and large fenced yard were the perfect environment, and our dogs came home happy. Livia's own dog played well with ours, and they formed an instant new pack. We highly recommend Livia.
Livia and family are simply the best. Since I was new to Rover, I was very nervous leaving Cooper with a stranger. Our pre visit put all of that to rest. Cooper was immediately treated as a family member. Livia regularly communicated how Cooper was doing throughout his stay. She was genuinely concerned about his well being asking questions when warranted. Livia’s son was kind enough to send a Spider-Man stuff toy home with Cooper. He hasn’t put it down since getting home. We will definitely use Livia again when needed.
Livia is a beautiful, compassionate animal lover who has taken care of our dogs on many occasions. She is very organized, reliable and clean. She has had them over to her house for overnights, has taken care of them for extended vacations and makes them feel like one of the family. Our dogs love Livia and her kids. You cannot go wrong with letting Livia take care of your pets for any length of time. She’s wonderful!

Schedule
I am home most of the week. I also have two kids that are animal lovers. I’m able to adjust to whatever routine your pet is used to.

A typical day
I am usually up by 6am. My kids take the bus to school so I am always home. I love to exercise and would love to have a walking companion around lunch time. We have lots of space for your pet to play fetch if that’s his/hers favorite activity.
