Hello and welcome to my sitting page ! My name is Liv. I use my name in place of pronouns or they / them. I have lived in Minnesota for most life . I grew up surrounded by animals as a child and have never been with out several in my care . I’m always rescuing something or helping someone with their’s . I have 2 rescued cats and a rescue hamster of my own . Their names are Leroy, Luna , and Potato . You may see them from time to time in my photo album . Luna and Leroy enjoy adventures, hikes, site seeing , and walks around the neighborhood ! 😁 I am a “ well seasoned “ pet sitter with over two decades of care and experience with dogs, cats , exotics , wildlife an and farm animals . I have rescued many animals in my life time , housed many in my own home , and gained much knowledge through research, trial , and error. I enjoy challenges that may arise , tackling them one step at a time . Questions , comments , concerns and feedback are always welcomed ! My skills include: Patience, honest and open communication, exercise, discipline ( I do not raise my voice or use many verbal commands . This refers more to using gentle correctional tugs with a leash or gentle quick pokes / taps to a pressure point for redirection , along with boundary setting ) , affection ( Only when calm or as reward . ) , calm, out of the box thinking , bathing , basic grooming , Perseverance, Persistence, mental / physical stimulation , problem solving / Decision making , reliability , empathy, attention to detail per each individual animal in my care / house issues that may arise , cleanliness , respect , flexibility / consistency, organization, and education . Your animals , could end up there, too ! 😉

Liv is very knowledgeable and caring. She didn’t exceptional job taking care of my pets and was very affectionate. She sent updates on a regular basis, and I’ve felt very confident that my pets were in good hands.

She arrived exactly on time, sent plenty of updates and photos throughout the visit, and made me feel completely at ease. I truly could not have asked for a kinder, more respectful sitter. She even cleaned up the apartment before leaving, which I appreciated so much. Most importantly, my dog clearly liked her a lot. She is friendly and chatty and takes first class care of your dog. I would happily book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable and thoughtful care.
Overall, Liv was great! This was my first time using Liv and was happy I did. Communication was on point, sent lots of pictures, kept the house in good shape and helped us by staying a little longer after our flight was delayed. Was really great with all the animals!
Liv did an amazing job with Georgie. This is my first time using Rover as he usually goes to boarding at his daycare but he was injured so he needed to be home and not play with other dogs to protect his foot. Liv did a great job making sure Georgie was taking his medicine, getting cuddles and making sure it seemed like I wasn’t gone. I was out of country and Liv did a great job making sure to be communicative and sending all the pictures and cuddles. They also left my home spotless and it was a great experience. I definitely will rebook with Liv again!!
Liv does a great job with our dog, Bleu. They go for long walks and play in the backyard. We receive pictures and communication a couple times a day. Bleu really likes Liv.
Liv is pleasant and easy to communicate with. They were very attentive to Teddy and Indira. I would book again.

Schedule
I am able to provide long and short term care . I may be able to provide consistent walks depending on where clients reside . I will need flexibility with this as I may be sitting and unable to leave a clients home .
