Mother of Bulldogs
Owner of a rescued English bulldog & I serve on the Board of Directors for the Smoky Mountain Bulldog Rescue. I will occasionally foster dogs when needed. I am really doing this to get my dog extra socialization. However, if needed Simba can go stay with a friend of mine if your dog doesn't get along well with others. I also have a two story house that I can keep them separated. If you've ever known a bulldog owner, you know that they take exceptional care of their dogs. So you can rest assured that your dog will be getting the best care with me. Bulldogs are extremely high maintenance. So there is probably nothing that you would need me to do for your dog that I haven't done with mine. Since I live alone in my house, I have so much room. I even have a bedroom that doesn't have any furniture in it. It was technically my former bulldog's room. So I can separate dogs if needed. I had his crate in there with all of his toys. My office is less than 5 miles from my house. I also have flexibility with my job. So I work at a decent amount and can make it so I am home all day if needed. I have 4 crates in case your dog needs to be crated, and I have 4 dogs beds as well. Simba is a 4 yr old English Bulldog that gets along well with other animals. He loves puppies and smaller dogs especially.

This was my first experience using Rover, and I feel like I found the pot of gold! Lisa and her husband were the absolute dream pet sitters. She was such a great communicator before and during their stay. We scheduled a meet and greet a few days before their stay, so both the dogs and I felt comfortable. While there, she sent multiple updates, pictures, and videos and went above and beyond in her caretaking. She took them on walks and let them explore her beautiful yard and play with her pup. After picking them up this afternoon, they have slept all day. That lets me know they played hard! Lisa, I can never thank you enough. I know Millie and Opal would love to come back to your house any time—especially to see their new friend Blue. Highly recommend!
Recently moved from Nashville, this was our first time "boarding" our dogs in Knoxville and we could not have made a better choice than Lisa. She was kind and patient as our babies acclimated - even through their hunger strike. She sent me pictures and updates and took them on daily walks on the rare occasion that the rain stopped. It did not take long for them to love her. Her baby Simba even let them share the bed. I'm grateful for Lisa and highly recommend her!!!
Best boarding experience I have had. She is a true dog lover and treated my pup as her own. She gave great daily updates while I was away . Will definitely use her again in the future!!
Lisa took special care to keep me updated on how my guys were doing, and she went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable (especially Charlie!). I really appreciated that she kept them on their walk routine; she is the first boarder to do so and they were much happier for it. My puppos came home tired and happy. Definitely recommend :).
Lisa was a great dogsitter! I would definitely book again. She sent updates about Cheddar throughout her stay, was responsive and was so excited to keep her for the weekend. Cheddar came home happy and exhausted!
Lisa does a wonderful job taking care of your dog! Our dog has stayed with her serveral times and loves playing with her dog Simba . She is excited to see Lisa and happy when she gets home . She also sends picture updates while your gone🐶
