Growing up we had dogs, cats, mice, bunnies and birds. I’ve cared for dogs of many sizes & breeds and I’m happy to feed, pet, play & walk! Experienced with puppies and senior care. My little dachshund, Elvis, recently passed after 17 years and while I’m not ready to commit to a new dog full time, I need a dog (or 3) in my life.

I can’t recommend Lisa enough! She took amazing care of our dog and cat, treating them like the prince and princess that they are, haha. I received daily updates and adorable photos, which gave me complete peace of mind while we were away. Both were relaxed and happy when we got home- clearly well-loved and well cared for. We are beyond grateful for Lisa's kindness, reliability, and genuine connection to us and our fur babies. We’ll definitely be booking again!

Lisa was wonderful and patient with our mastiff mix. He is very bonded to us and we don't leave him often so we needed someone patient, kind and sensitive as he got to know them. Lisa provided daily updates and pictures which was comforting. I would highly recommend her and we would definitely have her care for our dog again. She is a good person!
Once again, Lisa is great. Friendly, professional, on time, generally a lovely person. Our two exceptionally spoiled and sometimes neurotic dogs love her. It’s so reassuring to have her available.
Lisa was terrific! I had a late notice cancellation by a friend who was going to watch our dogs. Lisa responded to my Rover request within ten minutes and came out to meet the dogs the next day. She was lovely, attentive, kind and immediately great with the dogs. She stayed at the house for four nights and took great care of them. She will be my go to person for all future trips!
Lisa took great care of our dog Koko for almost 10 days! She was very accommodating and responsive and made sure we were updated every day on what Koko was doing! Highly recommend her and would definitely like to leave Koko with her in future.

Schedule
I am a part-time photographer who’s kids are away at college. I have a very flexible schedule and can board and care for pets almost any time.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a dog-friendly apartment complex with meandering waterways and refreshing fountains. We have lot of different critters on the grounds, from ducks and turtles to frogs and squirrels. My unit is on the 2nd floor but there are plenty of grass areas around the complex for pups to explore and do their business. I keep my home clean and vacuumed but pets are allowed up on the sofa and bed. In your home, it’s your rules. I’m good at following detailed instructions.
A typical day
I love taking dogs for long walks on the trail and to the dog park. Going around Lafayette Reservior is a favorite too. I’m happy to play fetch or just cuddle and love on them.
