Lisa was great! I really appreciated that she took the time to do a meet and greet a few days prior to our first walk so that she could determine if we would be a good fit!

Lisa is amazing!! It was our first time using Rover as we just moved to the area and we were a little nervous leaving our cats with someone new. On top of that, right after we booked with her and confirmed everything, our kitten became extremely sick and needed daily injections to save her life. This doubly increased our anxiety as now we had to rely on someone else to keep our baby alive while we went home for the holidays. We had to change our booking schedule not only once but twice due to dosage changes and Lisa was so flexible and accommodating. She kept our worries at bay by sending great updates and pictures each day after her visit as well as perfectly administering our kitten’s injections (which were NOT fun, the medicine burns while it’s administered but Lisa handled it easily each day). We even ran out of cat food (facepalm) and Lisa was kind enough to run out to the store and pick us up some more without us asking her to. If you want a pet sitter to care about your babies, then Lisa is the perfect candidate! I can’t say enough positive things about her and our experience using her services.

Lisa was very easy to communicate with from the initial Meet & Greet to the contact throughout her caregiving time. She always showed up on time & stayed the entire time we paid for (which has been an issue with other pet sitters). She sent pictures & comments about our kitties & we knew she engaged WITH our cats (so important to us!), rather than simply just feeding, cleaning their litterboxes, & leaving. Will definitely use her services again.

Lisa is just what we were looking for in a dog sitter! We were looking for a drop in for an hour at a time since we have to crate Max. She came over for a meet and greet. She asked really good questions and took notes so she could take great care of Max🐾🐕‍🦺. He is only 2 so he needs not only some loving but much needed exercise. She was up for the task. She communicates very well! I love her pictures and videos It always makes us feel bette seeing Max playing or hanging out in the sun ☀️ We will definitely be using her again! We have used Lisa on several occasions now and it works out really well for us as sometimes we’re away from home for work. She always spends time with the dogs and gets the greatest pictures. We will continue to use her.
