My name is Lisa and I have been house sitting for pets and walking dogs for over 13 years. I take pride and consider it a privilege to be able to spend time with my clients' dogs. I am home full time and do not work a formal job. Being around dogs makes me feel great! I provide the unconditional love that I have learned from our furry best friends. I'm trustworthy, punctual and come with excellent references. I grew up in my family's business, Ferrycliffe Stables in Bristol, and animals have been a part of my life since birth. I also rescued homeless dogs in the Dominican Republic and gave them basic medical care and found homes for these foster dogs. Hi am a volunteer at Potters animal league and Middletown. We all know how special our dog is to us and these unique qualities are seen in their personalities. Each dog and its owner have a routine that I respect and incorporate into my work. Honoring a dog's personality while adhering to its owners expectations is of the utmost importance to me. Meet and greets are important to establish these guidelines. I live in a perfect area to tend to dogs, as there are Aquidneck Land Trust walking paths right outside my door. The beach is only one mile away and the new Portsmouth Dog Park is a 10 minute's drive. I have a 5 year old mixed breed rescue dog named Kona. She is 22 pounds, sociable and loves to play and rest after a good walk or swim. She will be assisting me with the care of your pet.
