Lisa is the BEST! We left our 7 month old chocolate lab puppy with her for the first time while we went on vacation. He had a great time! Lisa is the sweetest and had no issues with watching an energetic, crazy puppy. She sent lots of updates and photos, and was always available if I needed her. I would 100% recommend her. Moose already is looking forward to going back!

Schedule
Pet care is a natural and consistent part of my daily routine. I structure my day around the needs of the pets in my care to ensure they receive reliable attention, exercise, and supervision. On a daily basis, I include morning potty breaks, feeding schedules, outdoor playtime, walks, and multiple check-ins throughout the day. Dogs staying in my home are fully integrated into our household routine, so they are never left without attention or supervision for long periods. Because I work from home and have an active family environment, pet care is ongoing throughout the day — not something squeezed in between other commitments. I’m able to provide consistent monitoring, engagement, and flexibility based on each dog’s needs, whether that means extra exercise for high-energy dogs or quiet comfort time for more relaxed pets. Weekly, I plan my schedule to remain available and flexible for boarding, daycare, and overnight stays. I intentionally keep my care environment balanced so each pet receives personalized attention, stability, and a calm home setting. Overall, pet care is not just part of my routine — it’s built into how my home functions every day.

In my home, pets are cared for in a safe, structured, and loving family environment where they are treated like one of our own. I provide in-home dog boarding in a cage-free setting unless a crate is specifically requested by the owner. Dogs follow a relaxed daily routine that includes supervised indoor time, outdoor play in our fully fenced yard, daily walks, and plenty of enrichment and attention. I focus on maintaining consistency with each dog’s normal habits as much as possible, including feeding schedules, medication instructions, and comfort routines provided by the owner. Pets are never left unattended for long periods, and safety is always a priority. I closely supervise interactions between dogs to ensure a calm, positive environment for all guests. For high-energy dogs, I provide structured play and exercise; for more relaxed dogs, I make sure they have quiet space and comfort as needed. In a client’s home (when applicable), I follow all instructions exactly as provided and prioritize keeping the pet’s routine consistent. This includes feeding, walks, medication administration if needed, playtime, and basic home care related to the pet (such as cleaning up after them and maintaining their normal environment). My goal is always to provide reliable, attentive, and high-quality care so pets feel safe, loved, and stress-free while their owners are away.

In my home, dogs enjoy supervised playtime in our fully fenced yard, including safe leash-free running, fetch, and plenty of zoomies. We also take daily walks as part of our routine to help with exercise, structure, and enrichment. For mental stimulation, I incorporate simple enrichment activities like toy play, basic treat games, and interactive attention-based play, especially for dogs that enjoy staying busy. I also make time for calm bonding, belly rubs, and one-on-one attention for dogs who prefer a more relaxed pace. Because every dog is different, I adjust activities based on their age, temperament, and energy level — whether that means active outdoor play, gentle walks, or quiet companionship indoors. Rain or shine, I make sure pets are engaged, comfortable, and cared for throughout the day.
