Dog Heaven
I have taken care of neighbors, friends and family members' dogs for many years. I love dogs with all my heart, live in Dog Heaven, and have the time to give the attention all our dear dogs deserve. Being on Rover has been wonderful, and keeps a smile on my face every day. I do this for the pure joy it gives me. I make sure the dogs that visit are polite and do well with other dogs and humans. I keep dogs to a maximum of 2-3 so it is not a fun time for all.

My dog had a great time and loved Lisa’s yard and care. He came back a happy pup. She even got him to eat when he typically goes on hunger strikes when I leave! I will be booking again.
Lisa was fabulous and I think our dog was sad to have to come home!
Lisa took great care of our dog, Barnaby. She was super quick to respond to our request and provided updates during the weekend, including a cute video. I can tell he had an amazing time with her and the other dogs - he slept like a log the entire day after his stay. Will definitely be returning for any future stays if she's available.

Lisa was so wonderful with Chobo! He can be very shy with new people but he warmed up right away. He had a great time with the other good dogs there.

Schedule
I am at home all days. I work at home, and the majority of any time is spent in my yard and garden. They really love to follow me around and check on everything I am doing. My dogs, and those visiting, are my first priority.

Safety, trust & environment
My fenced yard is very large - my property itself is a fun little dog park. The dogs come and go, in and out, as they please. Lots of toys, treats, games and endless love. This really is dog heaven. For everyone's comfort and hygiene, only dogs on a consistent flea and tick regiment.
Pets
A typical day
Play in and outside. My dogs move freely from the house to the large fenced yard and outdoor living area. Trails through Marshall Park up to Tryon Creek - all dogs love exploring here. There is a large off leash dog park close to my home that is great on non-stormy days. I am keeping my visiting dogs to a maximum of 2-3, so advance notice is great.
