Our 13-years old Rat Terrier Rex and we enjoy having dogs at our home. We take turns with taking dogs out for walking daily. Preserved nature trails are right in our neighborhood.

Shadow loves visiting with Lisa, Michael, Luisa, and Max. They take him on walks when the weather cooperates and send great pictures and updates. I know he's well cared for when he goes to their house.
Lisa and family took great care of our pup and kept me updated with pics. He came back happy and tired. They were also flexible with the pick up time after we got delayed due to travel.

Schedule
My husband is retired and home most of the time. Some days, he will be in and out several times a day. He will adjust his schedule to fit your dogs' needs. Our high school son and I will be around in evenings and on weekends to help out with taking care of dogs. During summer time, our two college kids will be home and help out with dogs as well.

We are almost always in our family room with our dog. We make sure all Rover dogs are comfortable and they are allowed to sit on our laps and couches with blankets.

A typical day
We take dogs out for a walk in our neighborhood twice times a day when it's not too hot. We also take dogs out to the preserved nature trails right in our neighborhood. We allow dogs outside to sunbath or lay in the shade while we are lounging. We do have a screened porch for dogs to hang out. We have some toys for playing.
