I have had a dog, or more than one dog, for almost all of my life. I love dogs so very much. I live in Goleta and work (in healthcare) in Santa Barbara. I don’t currently have a dog of my own & love getting my "dog fix" by caring for other people's dogs, cats too...plus their plants, & homes when they travel! I have a lot of flexibility in my work schedule to house/pet sit. I can check in on your animal(s) during my lunch break if need be. Ideally, your dog(s) have access to a yard while I am at work but this is not mandatory. Tell me your routine & we can discuss if my schedule is a good fit. I am very experienced in dealing with many different breeds and dogs of all ages. I have experience with geriatric dogs of my own and their medication management. I like to text pictures as a way to check-in & say hello during my time with your animal(s). I appreciate your trust, in advance, and look forward to caring for your animals and home. Let's chat and learn if I would be a good fit to work with your family & watch over your home while you are away.

Lisa was great! My dog felt comfortable with her immediately. When I got back from my trip, my dog was happy and calm, and the house was clean. I have a large, high-energy dog with leash reactivity, so taking care of him is no small feat! I'd definitely book Lisa again.

Schedule
Though I have a traditional Monday-Friday career I still receive the occasional referral to house/pet sit overnight so I’ve reactivated my Rover account. I can easily still house sit if you don’t mind I have a day job. I can accommodate overnights all 7 days of the week, as needed.
