This review would be 5 stars, but it changed for me at pickup. The meet-n-greet went very well along with drop off. At pickup, all seemed normal until the sitter shared that my boy barked all night in his crate. This was unsettling to me as I wish I had been notified at the time. I completely understand that dogs can get anxious in a new environment, but receiving zero updates or photos during the stay left me in the dark. Because the meet-and-greet went so well, I assumed everything was fine. I truly appreciate her lovely home and hospitality, but as a pet parent, real-time communication is essential for peace of mind. I would still recommend her, but suggest explicitly setting communication expectations beforehand.

Lisa was amazing and I’ll definitely be using her again. It’s amazing how the dogs look like their smiling when she takes their pictures🫶🏾

Thank you to Lisa and Gizzy for making Baloo feel so at home on his vacation. We enjoyed our daily checkins and photos that let us know he was happy and well cared for while we were away. I highly recommend Lisa. Her home was well set up for snuggles and outdoor time. She was able to give him his walks and there were fun new friends for him to play with! You can't beat that, so go ahead and book with Lisa, you won't regret it. We will definitely be back, Joni and Baloo

Would leave 10 ⭐️ if I could! Lisa was amazing! Communication was great and loved all the photos and updates she gave me. I was very pleased to know my Hank was in great hands! Would recommend her to anyone and will definitely use her again!
