I am available full time for pet sitting, and lead a very active lifestyle. If your doggy boards at our house, we go on walks or play fetch in the backyard every morning, and then head to the dog park 3-4 evenings per week. Your doggy will get lots of exercise at my house! If your doggy is a drop-in client, I will tailor that time period in your home to fit his unique needs. Your doggy will get the very best care and attention with me!

Our large fenced-in yard is great for running, playing, and potty time, and the doggy door allows for easy in and out access. Our home is quite large and there is plenty of room to run, play, and sleep. We have four high quality dog beds, snuffle mats, dog puzzles, balls, and toys, and I provide bags for potty pick up. Please bring your own crate for nap time. Dog care in your home will be tailored to your dog’s own specific needs and your requests. Every client of mine is different and I am here to serve you!

Any behavioral issues or aggression towards cats must be disclosed to me ahead of time. We crate our dogs at night to encourage peaceful sleep, so your dog must be willing to be crated 9-10 hours per night. Dogs must do well on leashes and be friendly with other dogs.
A typical day
Your pup will be provided with much entertainment and stimulation under my care. We will go on walks through the neighborhood or play fetch/chase in the backyard every single morning. I take the dogs to the dog park 4-5 times per week in the evenings. Dog-friendly activities include watching the birds in our trees and running around the bushes and under the raised garden bed. We have several shady spots in the yard and a puppy pool for cooling off in the summer. Indoor time consists of snuffle mats, dog puzzles, separate feeding areas, and playtime within the gated areas of the kitchen, foyer, living room, and hallway. There is so much to explore and so much fun to be had!

I have had dogs for 30+ years and love caring for other people’s dogs as well. One of my passions is to love dogs really well through communication (verbal communication as well as body language), physical touch (lots of pats, belly rubs, neck scratches) and training. If your dog knows certain commands, I will require him/her to earn treats and toys by interacting with me through a training session that builds trust between us. I will spend every minute with your pet using the tools above to exercise his/her brain and body, whether we are going for a walk together, playing fetch, running around the yard or just enjoying some affection. Your furbaby is my top priority.

Lisa has been taking care with dropins for my cat for a few years now when we are away. My cat is 19 years old now and has some issues, but Lisa is so good with her and really takes care of everything. She communicates if there are issues and let's me know how Shenjang is doing every day that we are gone. Even if there are accidents, Lisa takes care of clean up. She is great and Shenjang really loves her. We love Lisa!!!
