I'm currently a homemaker. That means my schedule is very flexible and full of opportunities to care for your furry, finned, or feathered family! I spend time daily with each of my own pets, and your babies may be able to play along with us. If your friend prefers to be the center of attention, I can happily make time to spoil them on their own. In my free time, I serve in the Junior League of Springfield.

My husband works from home, so although I am the primary pet mama, he is also available for extra assistance and love. He, too, is a life-long animal lover. Our dog loves meeting new friends. He enjoys trips to the dog park and snuggles on the couch. He is a four year old Goldendoodle, named Pfizer. We also have five sweet felines. Lily is about 8 and is queen of the household. Mouse is a 4 year old who loves playtime, catnip, and attention. Josie, Jam, and Jif are littermates who were foster fails in July 2024 after being rescued from under a friend's porch. They largely ignore any doggie visitors.

Please let me know about your pet's favorite activities and treats. I want your furry friends to think of our time together as a special occasion! They will be happiest if I am able to prepare for anything that may upset them, such as thunder.
A typical day
We can play in our large yard, or go for walks in my neighborhood (residential roads only). We keep a wide variety of toys and you are welcome to bring any favorites, too.

I'm available for Memorial Day and July 4th, 2026! Book now to ensure a spot. There has never been a time in my life without animals. I've always had cats and dogs at home, and often additional friends such as a parakeet, chinchilla, and bearded dragon. I've always been the go-to person for traveling friends who needed someone to check in on their babies. Through the years, I have occasionally been able to volunteer at shelters and worked in a small-town pet store. I've given pills and insulin injections and sat up all night with animals who needed some extra attention. I would love to meet your babies and give them plenty of love.
