Hi, my name is Lisa and I have loved animals all my life from our family cat and rabbit as a child to more recently, our beautiful dog Eddie, a rescue Labrador/whippet cross. As a family we love having dogs in our lives and there is nothing better than an energetic walk followed by loving cuddles at home. We would love to welcome your dog into our home and would give it lots of love and attention as if it were our own.

It was love at first sight when my dog met Lisa. We went from Headington to Abingdon to put my dog in Lisa's care because I think she's the best I can possibly find for my boy. It is clear she takes the responsibility of looking after someone else's canine family member very seriously - she is safety-conscious, empathic, highly responsive, and just a natural with dogs; my dog warmed up to her so quickly despite having separation anxiety when not being with me. Lisa's readiness to communicate and send updates is much appreciated, it made me feel reassured and able to get on with my day knowing my dog was having a lovely time with someone so capable and caring. It took me 5 years to find someone I felt really comfortable leaving my dog with, and I'm so glad we found Lisa. I'll be trusting her to care for my boy again in the future, she's a rare gem, highly recommend her to anyone who thinks their dog(s) deserve the best care.

I am so grateful to Lisa, who looked after our mad cocker spaniel for a week. She kept me updated regularly, sent photos and reassured me constantly. Lisa is warm and friendly, her love for dog care is evident. Lisa ensured Rosie was made part of her family, not sure Rosie wanted to come home, as she got a 5* treatment, her own holiday at Lisa’s house. Huge thanks.
We cannot recommend Lisa enough! She responded quickly and kept us updated throughout our dogs stay with photos and updates. Lisa wanted to meet our dog before hand so that he could see the place and familiarise himself with it. Lovely garden area for him to safely wonder around in! Lisa was super understanding to all of our dogs needs and incredibly kind. A true loving and safe home for your dog to stay in!

Dates de la garde
I work from home part time so your dog will be with me throughout the day, where I can give them lots of fuss and attention. We have an enclosed garden so your dog can have toilet breaks whenever needed. I can also walk them twice a day at lunch time and after work. There are lots of open spaces and parks near by to enjoy. We do not have any animals at the moment so I can give all my attention to your dog, making sure they are happy and settled. I am happy to fit into your dog’s routine for training, treats and mealtimes. Let me know about any special requirements your dog may have or any behavioural issues, so that I can give your dog the best experience possible. I have limited items for dogs so please provide a bed and any toys you would like me to use. I am happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can see what a great time your dog is having.

I will be the primary caregiver of your dog. Our garden is fenced and secure. Doors will open in the warmer weather for your dog to come and go as they please. I work downstairs so will be able to watch them at all times. During the colder months doors will be closed until toilet breaks are needed. There is plenty of room downstairs for your dog to enjoy. Our home has a door between the hallway and the main living area/kitchen. If your dog likes to run for the main door then there is an extra door handy so your dog can’t easily escape.

There are lots of parks and open spaces within a short distance of my house. Plenty of places for your dog to explore and have fun. Also, lots of cuddles and tummy rubs guaranteed!
