retired dog lover/ full time
We are retirees, we can full time take care of pets. we have a West Highland White Terrier name Rusty, we love him so much since he is the first pet we own, we give him outdoor walking twice a day, he like to make friend with the other dogs. I live in a house with a fully fenced backyard in a very safe and calm neighborhood , a park is near by, they can enjoys running and jumping around there I really enjoy being out with the dogs and I tend to give them a lot of attention and always have safety and enrichment in mind. we always go to walking hikes with him,, if you need more information please contact me any time.

Lisa and Kam Chuen provided excellent care of our Yuffie during our trip. We were sent videos and photos regularly. Yuffie was happy and got along well with quite some doggy friends there. We will certainly send Yuffie for boarding with Lisa and Kam Chuen again for our future trips.
Caring & friendly couple. My dog had a great time! He made a lot of new friends. He was with them for 19 days.

We have used their services twice now. They are very reliable and compassionate. We are very lucky to find them.
We were not satisfied at all with Lisa and Kam’s service. We don’t know what happened, but since we brought Niki home at 5:00 p.m., she has been sleeping continuously until now (10:30 p.m.), and even whimpering in her sleep. This is very unusual for her. Today I noticed there was a big dog there, and since Niki is only 9 months old, she is still scared of large dogs. We didn’t know such a big dog would be there. Niki is usually very active and playful. We have a lot of experience with dog sitters, and this has never happened before. Even when she is very tired, she usually naps for an hour at most, not for this long. We are very worried. Lisa and Kam said she woke up in the middle of the night and didn’t go back to sleep. She must have been scared and stressed, which is why she couldn’t rest properly. We definitely do not recommend this place.
