With over three years at a pet store, 4 years as a professional dog trainer, and a year of experience as a professional bather, I know all the ins and outs of tending to your pets. Drop-in visits include a 30 mins of all inclusive care—exercise, play, cuddles, feeding, medications, and minor grooming or cleaning duties—whatever you need! I specialize in puppies (potty training), reactive dogs, and teaching positive reinforcement. Your pup will get skilled, safe, and high quality care because to me they’re just like family.

Because I’m a dog trainer I know all the ins and outs of dog behavior and how to act accordingly. My broad knowledge from working at a pet store also gives me insight on things like diet, proper living conditions, care, and administering medication. I’m also cat and dog first aid certified through the American Red Cross.

Lisa not only has helped trained my dog but came a huge impact on ur lives! I've had Lisa K. watch my pets before, and I'm super impressed with her level of care and attention to detail. She's great at following instructions and really seems to connect with the animals. My pets can be a handful, especially my dog, he's not great with new people, hes a pitbull and usually scares people, but after just a little while he fell in love with her. Lisa handles all of them with patience and kindness. She's also very responsible and communicative, which gives me peace of mind when I'm away. Lisa has been pet sitting for me when I go on vacation for the last 4 years. She has always been sweet and patient with Sophie. She loves Lisa. Lisa is an outstanding lady who knows how to garner trust from any pet. Lisa trained my Cinnamon for 3 courses and turned an almost uncontrollable pup into a respectable young lady. Lisa would be an incredible addition to Rover. If Rover is fortunate enough to add Lisa to your team, keep her at all costs. Her caliber of attitude and dedication is unmatched and hard to replace.
Lisa would make an excellent care giver for any pet. She gave me some tips on how to get my rescue pup to stop pulling on the leash while on our walks. Lisa gave almost around the clock care for her Mr Punky before he passed.

Schedule
I work as a dog trainer and make my own schedule, so everything is very flexible. I typically don’t work Sundays and teach group classes Wednesday evenings and Saturdays between 10-2pm. Other than that and the sporadic private lessons, my schedule is pretty open.

- Let me know if your pet has any special needs, medications, or allergies so I can provide the best care possible! Also please disclose any behavior issues (separation anxiety, reactivity, etc). I have lot of experience handling dogs that need a little extra care, so it won’t discourage me, but I would like a heads up. And lastly, I have a cat and dog in my home, so please let me know if that could be an issue.
