This was our first time using Rover.com. I was so nervous at even the thought of leaving my dog with someone I didn’t know. I am so happy to have found Lisa! She was so calm and welcoming. It was clear she loves dogs and even has one of her own. She sent me pictures and updates. It made me feel at ease to see my Charlie was having a good time and was well taken care of. It was overall a great experience! I will definitely use Lisa again to watch my dog when I need boarding for him.
Lisa and her family were excellent! They treated our dogs like they were part of the family! Daily walks and lots of playing in the backyard! We got daily photos from Lisa and great communication about all our dogs activities. Lisa even helped treat a small ear infection one of our dogs developed right before our trip. Lisa felt more like a family friend than a new acquaintance and we would recommend her to everyone!
Lisa is awesome! My pup looked so happy in all of the pictures. She made sure to ask about and accommodate any dietary or medical needs, she is a very sweet and trustworthy person. I’ll definitely use here again!
