Home full-time for constant care ♥️
I’ve been caring for family dogs on Rover for 3 years now, and I’ve been so blessed to have found that it’s the most phenomenal way to get my dog fix 🥰! I provide **one-on-one** love, attention and spoils…(I also have “group” bookings for my regulars which I know very well, so, if your dog loves the company of other very friendly dogs, just ask) While with me, your dog is my furry companion and stays with me nearly 24/7! I am home full-time, so they are by my side and treated as my own, receiving a complete overload of care, love, snuggles and attention. My children are grown, and there are no small children in the home. I have an background as a humane society/dog rescue volunteer. (Within my time volunteering, I was blessed to have saved a total of 63 lives by rescuing them hours within being euthanized, then re-homing them into fabulous, loving families.) I’m fully aware of the expectations when trusting a caregiver to care for your dog while you are away. Being very particular myself, I feel I make it seamless and easy-that is key. When you pull away after drop-off, it’s, important you to have complete confidence knowing your dog is in the very best care, having zero worries.

Lisa watched my 5lb Pomeranian, Bear, for the first time recently and our experience was exceptional. Bear is a handful with lots of special needs (diapers, meds...) and Lisa took them all in stride, really going out of her way to make sure Bear felt comfortable in her home and giving her lots of love and attention. I feel lucky to have found Lisa and very much hope to be a repeat customer!
My 6 year old soul dog (a little yorkie) adores Lisa! I’m so grateful!
Lisa did a great job taking care of my cat and bearded dragon. She went above and beyond to feed the lizard when his greens ran out. Great communication and i came home to a relaxed and happy cat!

Schedule
During their stay, they are my full-time companion (usually becoming my shadow 😉) nearly 24/7! I am home full-time, so when your pet stays with me, they are by my side, treated as a family dog, with free roaming of my home and receiving a complete overload of care, love and attention. I tailor my care to each specific dog as I get to know them :)

Safety, trust & environment
Safety is EXTREMELY important to me. When you say your goodbyes and drive away, it’s very important to me that you feel completely at ease so you can enjoy your time away. I attach an Apple tracking tag attached to a reflective collar to your dog upon arrival. I’ve never had a get-away!…but just in case, retrieval would be quick, and I really love that extra piece of mind!
A typical day
If your dog prefers routine, I’d be most comfortable following your instructions. Every dog is different, with owners having different expectations, and I’d appreciate and rely upon your suggestions. I’m a big fan of written instructions, and I’ll leave feedback as well. In nice weather, I love long walks. And, if you feel comfortable with your dog going for car rides (when I run errands) I’d love to take them with me. If you allow pup-cups from Starbucks, that’s a bonus. I have a doggie booster seat I use for smaller dogs. Many of the dogs who aren’t crated at night end up sleeping in my bed with me ❤️. I’m totally comfortable with that, love it!
