Welcome to my page! My name is Lis and I am available to check-in on your pets and take your dogs on walks. I have cared for a wide variety of animals, from birds to reptiles, fish, dogs and cats and kittens and puppies. I've cared for them all. I've gained experience from working in pet stores caring for animals, as well as in multiple vet hospitals over time. And since animals have always been my passion, I have a Bachelors degree in Animal Science from the University of Kentucky as well (Go big blue!) I can provide exercise and play time, as well as administer daily medications and more. I love being around animals, and caring for them has always been natural for me. I've pet sit for many families, fostered animals and have owned many different animals over the years myself. My household has 3 dogs, 1 cat and a green cheek conure parrot, so I’m ready for anything! I can take care of any exotic pets, even those needing special attention and care. I'm currently a stay-at-home dog mom trying to start a human family, so I’m available to help your dogs feel loved and at home on a schedule that works for you. I’m available for most holidays. I look forward to hearing how I can help care for your pet family!

At this time I do not offer boarding pets in my own home, but in your own home I try to make the pet care experience as close to their regular daily lives as possible to try and reduce any stress.

Lis was so great! She met with and took notes about our cats care a few days before the visits started. She easily caught on to their personalities and they immediately felt safe with her. Her daily updates were informative and she hit on the exact things we needed to hear. Her photos gave us peace of mind that she was there and our kitties were enjoying her visits. She even texted and offered to move one of our flower pots because she spotted a squirrel digging in it! One of our cats had to have an inhaler administered to him via a chamber and mask and even though she admitted she had never done that before, she listened and caught on quickly! We would definitely recommend lis and would use her services again if needed.
Lis was great! Needed a quick drop in for our pups to cover a last minute trip. The pups were happy and didn’t miss us one bit. That’s all we can ask for in these last minute needs. Will definitely use her again when needed.

Schedule
Being a stay-at-home dog mom, pet care is the beginning and end of my day! Caring for other pets through Rover is my main source of additional income to my home, and as such I have ample availability. ->My appointment availability starts at 8am and my last visit available is 9pm.

- If they have any aggression issues with humans (children, adults, males vs. females), with other dogs, other animals, leash or food aggression issues. If they have any allergies or sensitivities. If they have any behaviors you're actively working to correct that need to be maintained.
