I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 8 years old and have been house sitting and pet sitting for friends, family, and neighbors for the past 5 years. Throughout that time, I’ve cared for dogs of different breeds, sizes, and personalities, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I understand how important it is to keep pets on their normal routine, whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medication, or simply providing companionship. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always strive to give owners peace of mind by providing dependable, attentive care.

I care for pets by ensuring they are fed, have fresh water, receive plenty of exercise and attention, and feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I understand the importance of maintaining a pet’s regular routine, so I always do my best to follow their schedule for meals, walks, playtime, potty breaks, and bedtime. I also have experience administering medications. I’ve cared for a diabetic dog that required medication every morning and evening, as well as a senior dog with arthritis who needed oral medication each night. I know how important consistency is, and I’m committed to following each pet’s care instructions closely to keep them happy, healthy, and comfortable.

Linzie did a great job at taking care of all my pets while my family and I were gone for a week in Arkansas. We have two dogs, five cats, a bird, rabbit, and three guinea pigs. We came back and they were like family! She made sure they were fed, watered, and got all the lovins and walkies they needed. She did all of this while working her full time job too!

Schedule
I typically work Saturday through Wednesday from 6:00am to 3:00pm. During these hours, I may be away for my shift, but I always make sure pets are cared for before I leave and immediately after I return. I plan my schedule around their needs as much as possible and communicate clearly with owners to ensure their pet’s routine stays consistent and comfortable.

- Please let me know if your dog has any behavioral concerns, including aggression toward people or other dogs, so I can ensure everyone’s safety and provide the best possible care. I’ve cared for dogs with a variety of temperaments, and I appreciate knowing what to expect so I can handle each situation appropriately. It’s also helpful to know if your dog gets excited and has occasional accidents, such as excitement urination. I have no problem cleaning up if it happens—I just like to be prepared and understand your dog’s needs ahead of time.
