Dogs are better than people!
I’ve grown up around dogs and love animals (unless they are rodents!) Ive had experience from 5 week old pups all the way to caring for dogs in their senior years, giving medication, insulin injections etc. After losing our beloved 16 year old Patterdale last year, it’s left a big hole and as much as we don’t feel ready to bring another dog into our lives just yet, I’m certainly missing my dog fix. My dog came before everything - just ask my husband! 🤣 And I will treat yours no different.

Linsey loves dogs she basically treats them as humans. She had looked after both of my dogs countless times, walking them, feeding them, administering insulin as required to one of my dogs and overnight stays with no problems. If you want that extra care for your dog with someone you can trust look no further, It will not be the last time you use her.
Linsey looked after Ted, our Boxer/ beagle cross and he and we couldn’t be happier. He had been well looked after and walked sensibly in the heat, with plenty of water for him. Highly recommend Linsey
When I met my wife 8 years ago she was caring for her parents dog who was diabetic, she was meticulous with skys jabs and food when she needed it. Also with our own dog Roxy she would give everything up to make sure Roxy was safe and healthy. I would trust this lady with dogs 100%

Schedule
We are an early rising household so you can drop off as early as you like. We are an active house. I work from home so generally will be able to accommodate walks and feeding at their usual times so not to disrupt their routines. There will be times when I need to go out so a dog that is happy to be left for a couple of hours would fit in nicely but if this isn’t possible I can probably work around it with some notice. Daycare and overnight boarding is available and we are central Yeovil based and easy to find.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a reasonable size garden with grass and patio, with a mix of sun and shade. The garden is fully secure. Within walking distance of the house there is a small field, a park and plenty of pavement walks. Ham Hill Country Park is only a short drive away so if you’d like them walked here your dog will need to be crate trained for the car journey. All walks will be done on a lead for all of our peace of mind! Inside the house it’s open plan living so your dog will have the run of the ground floor with the exception of my treatment room. The upstairs will remain out of bounds.
A typical day
Walks, cuddles on the sofa, play time in the garden…I'm happy for it all. You know your dog, so you guide me as to what a typical day looks like for them and I will try my hardest to deliver that so to keep them in their usual routine
