I have an apartment with two rooms, one of which is my “cats room” where her litter box and toys are. If stays in my home are needed the cats room would be dedicated for that. However I prefer to care for pets in the owners home :) I keep the client updated with home and pet status; grabbing any mail requested and making sure back yard/potty sheets are picked up and clean every visit.

I have a big chocolate lab named Cooper at my parents home, he’s a crazy dog that usually takes me for the walk. He’s a big puller- I can even ride a bike and have him pull me he’s so eager to sprint away. I am definitely prepared to deal with the excited ones, and just like to know ahead of time if the pet is more outgoing or shy so I can gauge how to approach!
A typical day
Because I couldn’t bring my family dog up with me when I moved to CO, every time I see a pup on the sidewalk I get so excited to say hi! I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to meet a bunch of new dogs and have some company as I walk and take in new sceneries of CO. I love to take as many photos as I can of your pup, I learned in previous dog walking that owners just love getting cute pics throughout the day of their cutie pets. I also like to bring treats with me in a pouch, so we can practice and reward sitting, shaking, and waiting at the crosswalk.

Pet care experience
I worked for a company called Peaceful Pets, I loved this job because I got to meet so many different dogs and their fun personalities. I loved getting out to go on walks with some company, and always brought treats for bettering listening skills along the way :) I also cat sit for people that are on vacation, visiting anywhere from 2-3 times a day for check ups.

Very sweet and caring with my dog. Can’t get a better dog walker!
Lindsey was able to watch my herd on short notice. She was easy to communicate with and dealt with dirty paws from digging, small vomits, and any other unknowns that arose. I would definitely use her again.
Dutch had a great time with Lindsey. He seemed calm and happy the entire time. He warmed up fast and even ate his dinner. That means he was very comfortable. Thank you for taking care of Dutch.
