Pet care experience
Trusted Dog Sitting by a Vet Tech
With over 6 years of experience working in an animal hospital as a veterinary assistant, I have a strong background in animal care, behavior, and health. I am comfortable caring for pets with medical needs, giving medications, and noticing early signs of illness or stress. I am a pre veterinary student at the University of Illinois and plan to attend veterinary school, so caring for animals is truly my passion and future career. I love getting to know each pet and providing attentive, reliable care so pet parents can feel confident and at ease while they are away.
Qualifications
Safety, trust & environment
Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or my client’s, I always aim to create a safe, stress-free, and loving environment. I maintain routines for feeding, walks, and medications, and can accommodate special needs or medical conditions. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their routines and environment to keep things familiar and comfortable. I provide updates, follow instructions closely, and treat every pet as if they were my own.
Ratings and reviews
Lindsey was an awesome sitter and my cats loved her. Communication and coordination was a breeze. I received daily updates and awesome photos of my cats. I trust her with my pets and would definitely book her again!

Lindsey is incredibly responsible and genuinely loves the animals she cares for. She treats every pet like family and always makes sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy. She’s amazing with communication and truly goes above and beyond, she treats my dog Frankie like her own. With almost four years of experience working in a vet clinic and being a pre-vet major, I always know pets are in knowledgeable, caring hands with her.

Schedule
Pet care fits very naturally into my daily and weekly routine. I am currently a college student on winter break, which means I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to caring for pets. I enjoy building my days around feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special care needs, and I make sure each pet gets my full attention. Even during the school year, caring for animals is something I prioritize, so I am reliable, organized, and consistent with every visit.
