Dog lover!
I have loved dogs for all my life and have never been without one! I have more than 10 years of experience including pet sitting, dog walking, pet grooming, and volunteering at animal shelters. Although I’ve had several fur babies throughout the years, I currently have a 9 year old male chocolate labrador that lives with my husband and I. He is my favorite thing in the entire world! I am a local travel nurse and love to rover whenever I am not working in the hospital! I have experience with young, old, and special needs cats and dogs, including the visibly/audibly impaired, and experience with giving medications. I am available throughout the week (depending on my schedule) to come by your home to feed, play with, and care for your dog, as well as take them for walks throughout the day. I will treat your loved ones the same as I treat my own, with love, patience, compassion, and understanding! ❤️

Schedule
As a travel nurse my work schedule changes everything 3-9 months, but is usually three twelve hour shifts per week. My availability will be dependent on my hospital schedule. I keep my rover calendar updated based on these schedules.

My dog is my number one priority. His needs always come first and I work hard to make sure he has the best life possible. I offer these same commitments to your pets through my rover bookings. I make sure to get in touch with owners before booking to ensure I have all the information needed for their pet’s care, such as potty time, feeding schedule, any medications, walk times, etc. I’m always available for a meet and greet beforehand as well!

A typical day
I LOVE interacting with dogs. Having grown up with them all my life and been involved with training them, I find it enjoyable to stimulate their minds and engage them in activities. Whether that is playing with toys, tricks for treats, chasing balls in the backyard, going on walks, or cuddles, or just providing a safe space while their families are away, I do everything I can to make your fur baby feel comfortable and happy!
