Over many years, I have assisted both with puppy and dog sitting not only for family and friends, but neighbors as well. I absolutely adore the love dogs have for us. A dear friend of mine and her husband have an amazing dog that I house/dog sit for, and I am now "Aunt Linds." I have worked with fur baby pups that we know are rambunctious, as well as elderly dogs that require a little more assistance, and I have no issue with administering meds, or helping if there is an accident. I have worked with clients in the past that were having trouble assisting and properly caring for their pup, and I stepped in to help and assist in any way I possibly could. Also, I am involved with many animal rescue groups and non-profit organizations where I gain more knowledge each and every day. We are all there for each other to answer any and all of our many questions pet clients might ask or run into.

I spend a great deal of time with Winston, the amazing bull dog! He has a doggy door where he has access to the fenced in and secure backyard to do his business. I also take him on walks to get out and about. He loves following me everywhere :) and playing with toys. Even at his older age, I call him my "lively senior." He's a happy boy that I try to keep active, cared for and loved. I tell him every time I am there how much I love my Winnie boy. I always make sure any dog I spend time with, that they have a clean water bowl, full of fresh water, food is adequate depending on the portions their owner requests, toys, and whatever makes that pooch happy- whether it's attention, toys, walks, etc. I think I would get an A+ from the pups I have dog sat for.

Lindsey was WONDERFUL! So sweet, so funny, so easy going. She left my house in perfect condition and my pets were happy! She sent pictures everyday and went to extra mile with a few walks! Thanks Lindsey!!

Lindsey was very kind and respectful of my space. She was responsive and sent regular updates about Poppy while I was away, which I really appreciated. She also made sure Poppy got plenty of walks outside throughout the weekend. The reason for the 4 stars was an issue with feeding Poppy. I had left clear instructions that she was only to be fed ground turkey on top of her food because she has a very sensitive stomach. When I arrived home, I realized Poppy had been fed chili from the fridge instead, which was concerning since it contained ingredients that weren’t suitable for her. Lindsey did take accountability for the mistake, which I appreciated. However, I feel it’s important to mention because these details were outlined in my notes, and following them is so important for the well-being of our pets. Overall, Lindsey was very kind and Poppy liked her - this was just an unfortunate mistake that could have ended much worse.

Lindsey always does the best job taking care of our kitties and goes above and beyond by watering the plants and taking in our packages! She is our go to every time we leave town!

Schedule
I work a regular Mon-Fri schedule, 8:30a-5:30p for a CPA firm, so day time (during the week) would be tricky. However, evenings from 6pm on during the week would work, and I am also available to sleepover weekdays and weekends, if need be. Weekends are completely flexible all around, with time(s). I am also very open and flexible for holidays.
