In 2008 I began as an obedience trainer and launched my own pet sitting business to learn as much as I could with many different breeds. I left my business for some time due to family obligations but am excited to return! I believe in consistency and positive reinforcement to teach etiquette and good manners. I also understand the needs and personalities of many different breeds. My own dogs are both 9 years old, a pit bull named Pixie and a pomchi named Jack. They are quite the funny pair. We bought Jack at 10 weeks old before he was surrendered to the SPCA. Pixie was surrendered to a humane society under sad circumstances and had lived most of her first year of life there. I knew I wanted a dog who didn’t have many options, and she was the perfect addition to our family. I love working with animals. It is not just a hobby for me, it’s a passion.
