I have open availability this summer and I’m around to take care of your pets at any hour. I go to school up in the Bay Area, but I am home in San Diego until late August.

Safety is my number one priority when it comes to taking care of your pet. Any guidelines you set out for me and your friend will be followed to the letter. Besides that, I’ll do my upmost to make sure your pet is happy and comfortable while you’re gone! Whether that means just lounging on the couch or playing with their toys, I’m fully ready to meet their needs as they come up.

A typical day
I love the Del Mar Dog Beach! It’s a great place for pups who love water, and a nice spot to play fetch. Fiesta Island is nice for exploring too.

Pet care experience
I’ve had dogs in my life since I was a toddler, but my real animal care experience began when I took a job at a dog daycare at 18. There I learned dog behavior, care, and received my canine-feline CPR certification. I also know how to identify seizures in dogs and how to administer oral medications. ( plus all the tricks for hiding pills in your pups food ;) ) I have experience with all age ranges from young puppies to senior dogs.
Reviews
Lindsey has pet sit for our babies multiple times. We have a 14 year old chihuahua, 9 year old Great Dane, 3 year old terrier mix, and a 2 year old lab mix. Anytime Lindsey comes over the dogs are always excited to see her. She pays attention to all of their different needs, and we always come home to happy pups. We highly recommend Lindsey!
I highly recommend Lindsey Martinez for a position with Rover. She has looked after my dog, Baron, many times. She treats Baron like family and always finds the time to play with him. Any time Lindsey is around Baron, he is always excited to see her. I travel frequently and it makes me feel better knowing I have Lindsey to care for Baron.
