I’m just here for the doggos🐾
Long term, short term, drop-ins, walks, you name it. I have been actively providing care to pets since I was in high school and I could not love it more. I cannot remember a time where dogs were not a priority in my life. For the past 5 years, I worked for a family owned boarding facility as a kennel assistant, quickly turned lead, and then to manager! I am fully comfortable with dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. I can safely administer medications, including topical, oral, and injectable. If your pet needs routine brushing, ear cleaning, eye drops, etc., I am happy to help. I am also very good at a mani/pedi for your pet as long as they are comfortable with it. I will never torture a pet to trim their nails. Most recently, I have been working as a CCR for a large veterinary hospital. If there was ever a concern or I noticed something off with your fur baby, I have an understanding of veterinary medicine and care to help assess the situation and make sure your baby will be okay.

As someone who has known Lindsey for almost their entire life, I can confidently say that she is by far one of the most caring, responsible, and compassionate people that I know when it comes to our furry friends. Lindsey has grown up with over eight dogs in her household over the years from chocolate labs to golden retrievers who have all had and are having wonderful lives under the care of her. She understands the time, patience, and love that a pet needs (and not just with dogs). Lindsey has numerous years of professional work force animal experience. She devoted years to a pet ranch in Florida where she managed a whole ranch consisting of dogs, cats, horses, ponies, chickens and many more where she learned each and every friend on an individual level. Whether that be what they were allergic to, what medicines they needed to take, how much food and of what kind they needed to be given and so much more. She loves each and every animal as it is her own and the owners saw that and loved that about her when it came time to pick up the pets from either a day stay or a boarding stay. She then transitioned in to working for a veterinary hospital where she gained even more hands-on experience in both good and tough unexpected situations. I mentioned this before, but what truly stands out most to me about her is how she genuinely loves animals and treats every single pet as if they were her own. I would feel completely comfortable trusting Lindsey with any an all pets and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a loving, dependable, and trustworthy pet caregiver.

Schedule
My schedule is flexible for new pet friends daily and weekly. My husband and I are new to the area and I currently do not work. I have access to Fort Cavazos for anyone in need on post! I will be sure to keep my calendar as accurate and updated as I can.

Safety, trust & environment
For all of my boarding friends, your doggo will be treated as if they were my own. Brew will make sure of it ;) Our home is well maintained, clean, safe, and has a large fenced in backyard.
Pets
A typical day
You can expect me to cater to your pets needs. No two days can ever look the same in my opinion, but your dog will always have sufficient potty breaks, play time, down time, loving time, etc. I am happy to do quick walk(s) through the neighborhood, a long walk through the park, a vigorous game of catch in the yard or open fields, a drive through town with a pup cup in paw, enrichment games and toys, a relaxing afternoon snuggled on the couch with a movie, and more.
