Safety, trust & environment

Your pet's safety and well-being are our top priorities, and we'll do everything in our power to provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for them. All needs will be discussed in a mandatory Meet n Greet. Familiarity: we strive to maintain a familiar environment for your pet to reduce stress. We'll stick to their routine, feeding schedule, and also ensure their favorite spots are kept tidy (or messy depending if that's how they like it!). Safety: Upon first arriving to your home, we conduct a thorough sweep of the house to ensure there are no hazards within your home. We keep harmful substances out of reach, pantry's closed and secure any potentially dangerous areas. When walking, pets are always kept on a leash - no exceptions. We avoid all other animals where possible and routinely check on them if they are in another room. Cleanliness: We make sure to leave your home in the same clean condition we found it or even better. This includes cleaning up after your pet and any messes they may make. Bed sheets and other laundry will be removed and left in a pile for your convenience. Security: I'll take measures to secure your home properly, such as ensuring gates and doors are locked at all times, and your pet's enclosure is secure when not supervised. I have a 'closed door' policy when house sitting, unless previously discussed, all visitors will be turned away. This includes people claiming to be family or friends. I must have notice of a visitor and their purpose of the visit - including contractors or visitors to your yard (Pest control) Welfare: Your pets health and welfare are my top priority. I closely monitor behavior's of the pets to ensure I pick-up on any unusual change in eating habits, stool or mental wellbeing. This includes keeping their mind and body active through many different means. Playing, cuddles, stroking, mental stimulating games, walks and yard time are a few tools. All needs will be discussed in a mandatory Meet n Greet.

Information Lindsey & Grant N. would like to know about your pet

Pet care experience

*NOW OFFERING DOG TRAINING* Ask us for more details! "Married and Devoted to Pet Care" Lindsey: "I'm a self-taught amateur dog agility trainer for my own Australian Shepherd and now fully qualified for dog training (See certificate in images). I've always been involved with caring for the pets of owners: family friends, work colleagues, neighbors, etc. It's not only a great opportunity for other pet owners who need someone dedicated and available to care for their babies, but it's equally as great an opportunity to give my baby someone to play with." Grant: "I am a passionate pet care provider deeply rooted in my love for animals. Growing up surrounded by dogs, cats, fish, guinea pigs, horses and birds, I learned the importance of individualized care. This upbringing instilled in me patience, observation, and a genuine appreciation for each pet's unique needs and personalities. "Two Hearts, One Pet-Caring Mission" Our mission is to offer pet owners peace of mind and transparency, knowing their pets are in loving and capable hands. We take pride in creating safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environments for all pets in our care. With a strong sense of responsibility, transparency and empathy, we're committed to providing exceptional care, honoring the special bond between pets and their owners. "Hands-On, Hearts-In: Our Pet Care Commitment" We are both very active. For our own dog, we provide daily walks up to 2 hours per day and are fully capable of meeting the physical demands for any size dog. We also provide different enriching games during feeding times to keep their minds busy. In our past experience, we have found these activities to absolutely critical, especially for those pets that suffer from some form of separation anxiety. Not convinced? Schedule a Meet 'n' Greet to learn more about us!

Grant is amazing. He treats our pets and home with care and respect. He communicated with us daily and was easy to get a hold of for any questions that came up. Would recommend him and his services to anyone who wants to be worry free of your pets on while out of town.

Grant was amazing when sitting with Jinxie in our home. He sent daily news, photos, and videos to keep us up to date. Jinxie loves Grant and I feel confident that she was being well taken care of while we were away. We will definitely hire Grant again and again!

Grant did an excellent job watching our dogs! He was so attentive to their needs and communicative the whole weekend. He also left our house very neat! I would definitely book with Grant again :)

Grant was wonderful and definitely the most professional care giver we’ve ever had. He’s so singularly focused on the care of the dogs, but also went above and beyond… vacuuming the living area, stripping sheets and ensuring the house was in perfect shape. I’m looking forward to learning more about their dog training services !!!
