Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I work from home, so your dog will have consistent supervision and attention throughout the day. We have a fenced-in yard for safe outdoor time, along with multiple walks in the neighborhood to keep dogs active and engaged. I have two boys (ages 9–12) who are very comfortable around animals. They’re gentle, respectful, and enjoy helping with things like playtime and attention, so your dog will be part of a calm, family environment. I’m able to follow feeding schedules and administer medication as needed. When I do leave the house, it’s typically for short periods (no more than 2–3 hours), and I prefer to crate dogs during that time for their safety and comfort, if that aligns with your routine. Overall, your dog will be in a structured, attentive home where they’re treated like part of the family.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety and trust are my top priorities. I know how important it is to feel completely comfortable leaving your dog in someone else’s care, and I take that responsibility seriously. I maintain a structured, calm environment and am always mindful of routines, boundaries, and each dog’s individual needs. Dogs are never left unattended for long periods, and I’m attentive to behavior, energy levels, and any signs of stress or discomfort. I follow owner instructions closely, whether that’s feeding, medication, exercise, or specific preferences. My home is set up with safety in mind, including a fully fenced yard and a controlled environment indoors. When I do step out briefly, I prefer dogs to be safely crated (if that’s part of their routine) to prevent any accidents or stress. You’ll also receive consistent photo and video updates, so you always know your dog is safe, happy, and well cared for.

Information Lindsey G. would like to know about your pet
To make sure your pet has the best possible stay, we like to understand their personality, routine, and any specific needs ahead of time. It’s helpful to know how they behave around other dogs, children, and new people, along with any triggers, anxieties, or guarding behaviors. We also ask about their daily schedule, including feeding times, portions, walk frequency, and sleep habits, as well as whether they are fully house-trained or have any tendencies like marking, chewing, or barking. Please share any medical needs, medications, or allergies, along with your vet’s information for emergencies. We also want to know about safety, such as whether they can be left alone, are crate trained, or have a tendency to escape. Lastly, understanding their social preferences and your expectations for care, routines, and updates helps us create a safe, comfortable, and tailored experience that feels just like home.
A typical day
Your dog will be part of our daily rhythm, with multiple neighborhood walks filled with new smells, sunshine, and plenty of chances to meet friendly neighborhood dogs. We’re out and about often, so they’ll get lots of stimulation, social time, and gentle exercise tailored to their energy level. Whether it’s exploring familiar routes, stopping for sniff breaks, or just enjoying time in our fenced yard, they’ll have a fun, engaging stay that feels like home.

Pet care experience
I’m an experienced dog owner who was recently a mom to a 75 lb high-energy Labradoodle for 14 years, so I’m very comfortable with large breeds, active dogs, and dogs that need structure and attention. I’ve also regularly cared for dogs for family and friends over the years, and I understand how important it is to trust the person watching your pet. Your dog will be cared for in a calm, attentive home environment with plenty of supervision, consistency, and affection. I provide photo and video updates twice daily so you always know how your dog is doing. I’m especially a great fit for dogs who are used to being part of the family and thrive with routine and attention.
Reviews

Lindsey was wonderful!! She took great care of my pup and sent several updates and photos which was much appreciated. I will definitely book with her again the next time I need a sitter!

Lindsey took good care of Salsa while I was away for a short trip. Salsa got her mini walks, her litter box cleared and a chicken treat bowl each day. Lindsey and her lovely boy made sure Salsa had a good play time.
I’ll be honest, I’m one of those pet owners who hates leaving my dog. It’s not just about making sure he’s fed and walked, it’s that constant little worry in the back of your mind wondering if he’s okay or missing us. The first time we left him with Lindsey, I fully expected to be checking in the whole trip. I didn’t have to. From the moment we dropped him off, Lindsey kept us in the loop in the best way. We got photos, videos, and little updates throughout the day that actually made us feel like we knew what he was up to. At one point my kids were really missing him, and Lindsey immediately offered to FaceTime so they could see him. That meant more than I can explain. Since then, we’ve used Lindsey several times, and now it’s never a question of trust, it’s just whether she’s available. She’s also super flexible, which is huge for us. Life gets busy, plans change, and she’s come through on last-minute requests more than once without ever making it feel like a hassle. And honestly, the biggest tell is our dog. He loves going there. The second we pull up, he’s excited, and when we pick him up, he almost looks like he’d rather stay. Not exactly the reaction you expect, but it says everything. We’ve recommended Lindsey to several friends, and I don’t do that lightly. If you want someone who genuinely cares and treats your dog like their own, she’s it.
I had to go out of town for a full week and, like any dog owner, felt a little uneasy leaving Benny behind. From the start, Lindsey completely put those worries to rest. She was incredibly communicative, sending thoughtful updates along with photos and videos that showed Benny relaxed, engaged, and clearly feeling at home. It wasn’t just check-ins, it felt like she genuinely cared. You can tell right away that she has real experience with dogs. She understands their routines, their energy, and how to make them feel safe and comfortable in a new environment. Benny came back not just well cared for, but genuinely happy, which says everything. It’s rare to find someone you fully trust with your pet, and Lindsey is absolutely that person. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to book with her again, and honestly, once you do, you probably won’t want to leave your dog with anyone else.
