Ever since I was a little girl I knew dogs were the one thing in my life I couldn't live without. I got my first dog at the age of 5 and since Frosty, I've never gone a day without a dog in my bed and a wet kiss goodnight. When I was in High School I began working for a doggy daycare, I started as a kennel tech; cleaning and feeding the dogs to becoming a daycare supervisor with over 20 + dogs. I finally became a front desk attendant and assistant manager, after a year of being there. I loved being able to check in the dogs and chat with their owners to ease the pain of leaving their dogs with someone they “didn’t know” I got so comfortable in my position I could tell who was picking up what dog by the car that pulled into the parking lot – their dog would be waiting wagging their tail before their owner was even in the front door. Unfortunately, due to the economy, the business closed but I kept in touch with many of our clients and started my own dog-watching business. Then in 2012 I moved to Iowa and had to break the news to my furry canine friends that I was leaving. When I got established in Iowa I started watching dogs again for people within my neighborhood. I had doggy house parties and playdates for dogs within my neighborhood a couple of times a year. I have been in Austin for almost 8 years now and I am looking to grow my pet-sitting business. I have four fur babies Bronx, Burton, Possum, and Sushi who would love some new friends to play with.
