Got a pet? I will sit it!
I have always had pets, but I have been dog walking since middle school and pet sitting since high school. I have cared for many different breeds, sizes, and ages of dogs and cats, as well as some fish, lizards, snakes, bunnies and birds. I am able to learn and adapt quickly, and am always happy to care for a new species, big or small. I am experienced with caring for pets with special needs or medicines. I have experience with all aspects of dog and cat care, from puppy training to caring for senior dogs with limited mobility, and I am willing to learn about anything I have not yet experienced, including caring for exotic pets. I am comfortable caring for up to a farm's worth of pets at a time, depending on their needs. I have a soft spot for really big dogs, especially rowdy ones!

I generally prefer to care for pets in their own home. I like to match my routine to yours to minimize stress for your pets, so I am very flexible. I will want to meet with you and your pets prior to sitting to familiarize myself with your routine and needs, and to make sure I am a good match with your pets. I can be as relaxed or energetic as needed depending on the number and energy level of your pets. I will spend as much time petting and cuddling your animals as they let me!

Lindsey was such a joy taking care of our dogs while we were away for the weekend! She sent us lots of photos and was always happy to ask if anything was unclear while she was here.

Lindsey was excellent with my dogs, and gave me piece if mind she was taking care of them over the holidays. I truly felt like she cared for them (and my home) like they were her own. My dogs were sad to see her go!
Lindsey was a great sitter. She was available last minute and gave me numerous updates, as requested. I was able to enjoy a vacation for once knowing my cats were with an actual good sitter. Will use her again for sure.

Schedule
I am working freelance at the moment, so my schedule is completely open! I am available to petsit overnight, to walk dogs during the day, or even to give occasional rides to the park or the vet!
