Lindsey can care for
Availability
I currently work full-time at a veterinary hospital, which is about one hour from my home. On Tuesday through Thursday, I’m typically away from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and on Fridays I return home around 6:00 PM. I’m off Sundays and Mondays, and I work one Saturday per month from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Outside of these hours, I’m fully available to provide attentive and reliable care for your pets, including evenings, early mornings, and my days off. I always make sure pets in my care receive plenty of attention, exercise, and love, and I communicate clearly so you feel confident while you’re away.

Safety, trust & environment
I’m happy to tailor care to your pet’s needs. For dogs, I can provide yard time and play sessions, leash walks, or hikes for more active pups. For cats, I offer litter box cleaning, help with any messes, and interactive playtime to keep them happy and comfortable. I ensure all pets receive fresh food and water and maintain their normal routines as closely as possible. If your pet cannot be left alone for extended periods, I may be able to bring them to work with me (when appropriate and approved), ensuring they receive supervision and care throughout the day. As a Certified Veterinary Technician, I’m also experienced and comfortable administering medications and providing extra care for pets who may need it.
Information Lindsey D. would like to know about your pet
It’s important for me to know your pet’s routine, personality, energy level, and any medical or dietary needs ahead of time. I also like to know how they interact with other animals and people, their favorite activities, and any quirks or fears they may have. This helps me provide consistent, safe, and personalized care while you’re away.
A typical day
I love keeping pets active and happy in ways that match their personalities. I enjoy going on walks and hikes with the pets I watch, as well as playing outside—whether that’s fetch, water play, or just running around. For pets who prefer a calmer pace, I’m just as happy relaxing in the sun, providing enrichment, or cuddling up with them while watching a movie. I always tailor activities to each pet’s energy level, preferences, and comfort.

Reviews

Lindsey was great. Lots of pics and she took great care of my furry friend.
Lindsey is doing a consistent, effective job with Toni. The weather has been extremely challenging, but she has been faithful and positive and Toni is always happy to see her.
Hello! I have had the pleasure of knowing Lindsey for two years. Her genuine and kind nature is appreciated by all that meet Lindsey including my entire four legged menagerie. My Great Dane, Ellie, (whom is a rescue that suffers from fear aggression,) welcomes Lindsey into our home. Lindsey is the only person Ellie will let care for her outside of the immediate family. Lindsey’s love for animals is also relished by my two rescue cats and my geriatric house rabbits. Lindsey is also inspirational as she sets goals and accomplishes her dreams with full grit while wearing her contagious smile. I open heartily recommend Lindsey to care for anyone’s fur family as her gentle nature, strong work and life ethic, and genuine love for animals will be a gift and asset to anyone who needs pet care. Please feel free to call me in regards to Lindsey and this recommendation! Sincerely, Melissa Stone 804-814-0190
