Spaniel owner who loves dogs, walks and cuddles
Having worked in pets at home from age 16 for 5 years I got to learn all the basics of animal care for a variety of pets. I've grown up around spaniels and have a beautiful 3 year old male working cocker spaniel who loves a friend to play with. I've also previously walked dogs as a part time job as well as care for people's pets through borrow my doggy before I got my dog.

My puppy, Dre, stayed with Lindsey and her partner, and their wonderful dog, Leo, for the first time, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was nervous leaving him somewhere new, but they sent regular updates, photos, and videos that put me completely at ease. He was so well cared for, and it honestly felt like he’d been on his own little holiday. I’d 100% book again and highly recommend them ☺️🩷

Lindsey and her partner looked after our dog Tilly for a full weekend. We did a meet and greet first at their home which was great for Tilly to meet their dog Leo. Lindsey was very accommodating to our wishes and Tilly remembered going there when it came for her to stay. During her stay Lindsey kept us informed by text on our dogs progress and sent us many videos of walks and playtime with Leo. Tilly enjoyed her stay and came home very settled and content. We will definitely be using Lindsey again. She met all our dog's needs and was very accommodating to ours and her dog Leo was fantastic at sharing his home. A great experience all round, thank you Lindsey.
Our bearded collie, Betsy, had a great day with Lindsey and her spaniel. Thanks for making her time with you so fun, and for being so communicative. Hope Betsy can stay with you again soon.

Schedule
I currently work full time as a nurse, my weekends are free and I also have a day off during the week where I would be happy to help out with dog walking or visits.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fully secured back garden with grass and patio and no flower/plant borders making it very secure and safe for dogs. I would treat your dog the same as my own whilst also respecting their routine and normal house rules.
Pets
A typical day
I love ensuring that my dogs exercise and mental stimulation needs are met each day so we are always looking for new walks to explore and provide new scents, puzzle games and kongs and playing with toys. Love exploring yorkshire and regularly go to the beach, the woodland and wander into and around York.
