What helps them to listen, is it treats or a certain word? Weight, leash location, usual walking distance, will they try to bolt away for certain things?
A typical day
We can go for a walk around some of the nearby springs or even just run around the yard. As long as they are friendly and easy then I am happy to take them out.

I share my home with two adorable cats of my own. I love animals of any kind, and have been lucky enough to have several throughout my life, including exotic animals. I can board cats only (due to my cat's preference), but I am happy to take your dog for a walk! I have experience with pets who have dietary limitations, are anxious or scared, and mature animals who need special care. Feel free to reach out if you have questions!

Lindsay did a great job taking care of my cat. She even offered to make an extra trip to bring in a Amazon package. She provided lots of photos and updates in the Rover Card which helped put me at ease with my anxious kitty. My cat came out on the first day Lindsay stopped in which means she must have made her feel safe. :)
Being new to Rover, I found Lindsay who was able to board my mom's cat recently while mom travels. Not only does Lindsay send photos and video updates to both of us, she cares deeply for mom's cat who has a little separation anxiety. If you're nervous about dropping off your best cat friend with Lindsay, DON'T BE! She's amazing, sweet and welcoming and I can't recommend her highly enough. Bella may never want to leave Lindsay's perfect cat environment! ?❤️
Lindsay was amazing! We felt so comfortable leaving our kitties with her. She went above and beyond to make sure they were taken care of! She kept us updated with pictures, and our babies had an amazing time with her two cats! We are so happy to have found such an amazing sitter near us.
Totally Recommend. She kept me updated everyday with pictures and texts. She is very nice and has a clean, organized place. Very good with animals.
