I am off of work by 5:00 every evening in downtown Kannapolis, and am free all day on Saturday and Sunday! I may be able to make exceptions for afternoon care throughout the week for anyone in the downtown area, just ask!

I have ample pet care experience, over 5 years having been in a professional setting. My own dog was rather crafty, so I’m extra careful with escape artists. As someone who has cared for every stage of a senior animal, I know the extra care that it takes for more fragile fur babies, and my time as a vet tech means that your animals cannot give me anything that I haven’t already seen before. I always do a head count and run through a care checklist when I arrive and before I leave, so you have assurance that your animals have been thoroughly cared for 🤩

A typical day
I love to let animals use their brain, whether that’s with long sniffy walks, puzzle toys, or training sessions. My own kitties love their puzzle feeders, and Im always happy to bring some enrichment to your pets! As for the couch potatoes, I’ll never turn down a good snuggle 🐾

I am a former vet tech with a big heart who would love to care for your fur babies! I worked in GP vet clinics up to the level of surgery tech with dogs, cats, small animals, and exotics for over five years before changing professions. I have two formerly-feral kitties, and had a shih tzu who I raised from 8 wks until she passed at 15. I have a soft spot for seniors and “crusty dogs”, and I have a talent for bringing shy kitties out of their shell. I always make sure to take cute pics of your babies to show you the fun that we’re having while you’re away! If you have anyone hairy, scaly, or in between, I would love to make new friends! **To my athens owners, I hope you and your pets are well, I miss you so much!
