Every dog is different and has different things they enjoy doing! I am more than happy to accommodate to their preferences whether it be throwing the ball to have them chase it, tug of war, walks, etc. happy to play with your pup to keep them entertained and well taken care of! We offer free pickup and drop off if you live within a 5-8 mile radius of Higley & Germann. The earliest we accept drop offs in the morning is 7am and pickups are at the latest 830pm. We will allow for evening drop off the night before or morning pickup after at no additional cost if we have the space available. IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO READ: ?DROP OFF PROCESS: Please arrive at the scheduled agreed drop off time. If you are running more than 5-10 minutes behind/late, please message ASAP with an updated estimated time of arrival. And please know that we are typically home, but do have appointments and errands to run and cannot always accommodate time changes—especially last minute. When you arrive to drop off your dog, please do not knock or ring the doorbell. We have small children and dogs and it gets everyone very excited/startled. Instead, message me when you are here and I will come out front to get your dog and their belongings from you. This allows for a smooth and calm transition for everyone. Due to scheduling and time management of things, we do not do meet and greets when you drop off your dog. If you desire a meet and greet (we typically do not do them), please message me to arrange things ahead of time. We typically offer a free day of doggy day care instead of meet and greets as this allows your dog to get comfortable in our home as well as with our dogs. We send photos and updates of interactions and their time with us! ?HOW WE INTRODUCE YOUR DOG TO OUR DOGS: We will bring your dog around to our backyard to get acquainted with our dogs before we bring them all back inside. We give them time to run around and smell all the smells to get comfortable. ?PICKUP PROCESS: Please pick up your dog at the scheduled agreed upon pick up time. Do not knock or ring door bell Message us when you arrive and we will bring your dog & their belongings out to you to ensure a smooth and calm pick up for everyone! If you are running behind or need to adjust your pickup time, please communicate ASAP. If running 15+ minutes late, we may need to reschedule the pickup time depending on our schedule. ?WHAT TO BRING FOR YOUR DOGS STAY: Their food & medications/supplements (if applicable) Dog kennel (if they are crate trained and use one at home) Optional items: Dog bed (optional—as we have beds available) Dog bowls (we have plenty of dog bowls. If you provide dog bowls, please make sure it is not glass or ceramic. Plastic or stainless steel is preferred) We have toys, bowls & beds available. ?COMMUNICATION WHILE YOUR DOG IS WITH US: We will send one daily update and photo. More upon request ?
