I’ve had dogs all my life and have always jumped at opportunities to take care of other peoples pets. I have taken care of a variety of breeds and sizes as well as dogs with special needs. No pup (or cat) is too hyper or too strong, I feel very confident in myself as an animal care giver and would be honored for you to trust me with yours. I am comfortable with all types of leashes and harnesses and can walk several dogs at a time. If your animal requires any kind of special attention, please let me know and I will take care of it, including but not limited to administering meds. I am experience with both oral medications and injections. I will treat yours as I expect someone to treat my own, which is like they are royalty. I am so excited to meet your loved one(s)!

Lindsay was awesome! She took great care of Carl and kept me updated constantly. She went over and above as well when my travel plans changed and picked Carl up from my place on short notice. Will definitely use her again.
Lindsay is one of the most caring and responsible pet owners I have ever known. She treats her dogs as family.....this includes regular exercise, good food, proper vaccinations and all health related issues. She LOVES all animals; especially dogs of ALL kinds! She handles them with great love and care and I would trust her with my dog anytime. I know she has volunteered at regional shelters and is cares a great deal about promoting the rescue of all types of dogs. If I had to pick anyone to be responsible for my pet, it would probably be Lindsay. I would not hesitate to recommend her for any position of caring for any animal. She would be a fantastic addition to your staff!
From the moment I met Lindsay (when we were 10 years old), she was always surrounded by dogs. Fifteen years later, we adopted rescue pitbulls within months of each other. Lindsay has a natural ease with animals. She is one of the first people I would go to if I ever needed help with my pup, or had a question about how to handle a situation. Lindsay has years of experience working for rescue organizations, in addition to an entire lifetime of walking her own pets growing up. She is never afraid, always loving, and maintains a calm demeanor no matter the scenario. There is no one I’d want to recommend more to be a dog walker for Rover! You are lucky to have her.
Lindsay is one of the sweetest girls I know. She goes out of her way for friends, family, and especially dogs. She is a great dog mom herself, and voluntarily takes rescue dogs for walks on her free time. I truly can't think of a better person to leave your dog with!
My dog loves Lindsay! She's social and great with animals. I dropped off my dog, Alfie, and they spent all day together. He was so happy and sleepy when I picked him up. She even texted me adorable photos of him while I was at work.

Schedule
I work from home and I am currently in between contracts so I have plenty of time to pay attention to several dogs at one time.

Safety, trust & environment
I am a caretaker for 2 dogs of my own (our elder pup just passed at the age of 16) and I am a step mother to 3 human kids who live with us half the time. I know what it’s like to love and care for several beings at any given time and take it very seriously. I am extremely neat and organized and like to keep my space clean… I will do the same for anyone else whose home I step into. That is something my family will definitely attest to.
Pets
A typical day
We just moved from James Island to Goose Creek and although I am still getting used to the new neighborhood, I am happy to explore with your dog if they like to get out. If your dog likes to relax and cuddle, he or she is welcome to join me on the couch at my house with my dogs (they are very welcoming). There is a dog park nearby at Wanamaker Park and if you are comfortable with your dog socializing with other dogs, I am happy to bring him or her to the dog park. If I have to run any errands, your dog is more than welcome to join me if he or she enjoys car rides! They can also hang home if that is what they are used to. I just ask that if they come into my space, they are crated if necessary in unfamiliar places.
