I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life. I currently have 3 dogs and 3 cats at home. I have pet sat for over 20 families now. I started pet sitting for my neighbors about seven years ago, and since then have expanded my clientele to all over. I pet sit in both my college town and home town. I have watched dogs and cats of many breeds, sizes, and energy levels including working dogs. I have a big focus on giving enrichment and plenty of attention for all the pets I take care of. Even just the lazier ones who like someone to sit for a while. I love spending time with animals and I’m so grateful for any opportunity to take care of someone else’s! I am flexible and will work with your animals specific needs! I am 20 years old. I am very responsible and great at following any instructions. I am newer to the Rover platform. Lindsay is an awesome dog sitter/walker. She has taken care of our 2 older big dogs for 3 years. She’s reliable, honest and trustworthy. She takes her time with our dogs, reports any issues and sends pictures for your reassurance. She’s just fabulous.
Lindsey pet sit for us multiple times this past summer for our lizard and fish. While at our house she fed the animals, as well as checked in on our pool and watered some flowers. She was always on time and filled us in on any details we needed to know about. It was reassuring to have such a responsible young lady take care of our pets. She goes the extra mile and it was much appreciated! I referred Lindsey to another neighbor who also used her to watch their dogs.
Trusting someone to come into your home and take care of your precious fur babies is not something that most pet parents take lightly. Each of our dogs are unique and require different levels of care. I can say with 100% certainty that Lindsay is up for caring for any type of pet, from the perfectly behaved and easy going to the anxious dog or cat with separation anxiety. We have two dogs and one has severe separation anxiety. On Lindsay's visits to our house, she is never in a rush to do her job and leave. She spends ample time with our dogs to make sure that they are not only taken care of but also receive the attention and love that they need. Lindsay also takes the time to send me detailed updates on how our dogs are doing so that I can always relax while away knowing that my dogs were happy and well cared for. Having a dog with severe anxiety could be a turn off for most pet caregivers but Lidsay was up for the task and always does an amazing job!
