Getting to be around pets is the highlight of my day. My schedule is flexible, and I'm generally available on short notice. I love being outdoors and exploring Brooklyn neighborhoods with my canine friends.

In clients' homes, I am very conscientious of the pet owner's requests for the safety and comfort of their beloved companions. I am neat, organized, and attentive to any special needs. On walks, I typically only take one dog at a time, unless there are more than one in a single household or if the owner requests a walk with a buddy.

It’s always helpful to know as much as possible about your pet’s personality— any triggers such as other animals or people to avoid, rewards they value, etc. And most importantly, whatever little things make them happiest.
A typical day
🐶 Dogs: Sniffing. Fetch. Tug of war. Sniffing and more sniffing. Exploring parks, avoiding street meat; scratchies, belly rubs and cuddles for those who want them. 😸 Cats: hiding treats on climbing structures. Playing with fishy wand toys and laser pointers. Reading the room and respecting space, and/or cuddles for those who want them.

I just really love animals, especially furry friends. I adopted a senior rescue dog a few years ago, and since her passing, I get my pet fix by helping others take care of theirs. I have long been a go-to for friends and neighbors who need help with walks and pet-sitting, and I treat each and every one of my temporary companions as if they are my own.
