My dog and cat both absolutely love Lindsay. She spoils them both and send me detailed reports so there is no doubt in my mind my babies are fine while I am at work. Reliable, courteous to my neighbors. Lindsay is superb

I'll care for your dog like my own!

As a lifelong dog owner and animal lover, I understand the value of finding trusted and reliable care for your dog. I am kind, patient, fun and energetic. Dogs love me because I take the time to get to know them and their individual personalities, preferences and needs. And you'll love me because I'll love and care for your dog like they are my own.

With nearly four years of professional dog and cat care ...

What Lindsay would like to know about your dog

I love dogs (and cats) of all breeds! I know not all animals receive the love and respect they deserve and some have a troubled past. If your animal is a rescue or you saved them from a bad situation, please let me know so I can work with you on how to best care for your pet as these can be delicate situations.

Before walking and sitting your dog I would like to know your dog's general history:
-Health concerns/issues/medications/vaccinations?
-General history and personality?
-Has your dog ever been attacked or has your dog ever attacked another dog?
-Is your dog reactive or aggressive toward other dogs?
-Has your dog ever attacked a person or another animal species?
-Is your dog socialized and used to other dogs and people?
-Meal times and feeding preferences?
-Location of food/treats/toys/supplies?
-Does your dog have a favorite toy(s) or games?
-How does your dog behave on walks?
-What commands (if any) does your dog know and what commands would you like me to use?
-Where is your dog located within your home (kennel, confined to a specific room, etc.) and would you like your dog returned to the same place I found them?
-Location of cleaning supplies?
-How does your dog handle meeting new people?
-Is there a preferred way to greet your dog?
-Does your dog have a nickname(s)?
-Location and contact information of your veterinarian?
-Location and contact information for additional emergency contact(s)?
-Anything else you can think of that will ensure your dog is happy and comfortable. The more information you provide, the better service I can give!

When Lindsay watches your pet

I would love to arrange a meet-and-greet to get to know you and your dog(s) or cat(s) and to discuss care info. Please bring one of your dog's favorite toys or treats as this helps me to bond with your dog.

During walks, drop-ins and house sitting I will provide:

-Short or long distance walks (depending on your dog's preference)
-Running and jogging (if your dog enjoys more high-energy activity)
-Visits to nearby parks and dog runs (if you are comfortable with this and if your dog is socialized and has the necessary updated vaccinations)
-Lots of playing
-Lots of cuddling
-LOTS of affection
-Frequent potty breaks
-Making sure your dog is hydrated and has fresh water
-Treats and meals (to your specifications)
-Maintaining your pet's normal schedule
-Lots of photos of you pet(s) during each visit so you can see how happy they are
-Medication (if necessary)
-Generally going above and beyond for your pet(s) and you!
-Going where ever your dog wants to go and doing whatever your dog wants to do - it's all about your dog!
