Because I work from home - I have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to truly prioritize the pets in my care. I’m able to plan my day around their walks, meals, playtime, and companionship, rather than trying to fit them in between long stretches away. This means lots of attention, consistency, and a calm presence throughout the day so your pet feels comfortable and cared for.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s safety and comfort in their home is always my top priority. I treat your space and your animals with the same care I give my own — being mindful about secure doors and leashes, following feeding and medication instructions closely, and keeping the environment clean, calm, and low-stress. I stay attentive to their behavior and well-being so you can travel knowing they’re safe, relaxed, and genuinely cared for.
Information Lindsay F. would like to know about your pet
Before caring for your pet, I love learning about their daily routine, energy level, personality, and any specific preferences or sensitivities. It’s helpful to know how they do with new people, other animals, loud noises, or being left alone. Please also share feeding schedules, medications, favorite toys, triggers, and any quirks that make them uniquely them. The more I know ahead of time, the more seamlessly I can step into their world and help everything feel safe, familiar, and stress-free while you’re away.
A typical day
I love tailoring activities to each pet’s personality and energy level. For active dogs, that might mean neighborhood walks, light runs, playtime at the park, or engaging games that keep them mentally and physically stimulated. For senior dogs or lower-energy pets, I focus on slower strolls, gentle movement, enrichment toys, and lots of cozy companionship. For cats, I enjoy interactive play with wand toys or lasers, brushing (if they enjoy it), and creating calm moments of connection at their pace. Whether it’s playtime, outdoor adventures, or quiet cuddles, I always aim to keep pets engaged, comfortable, and happy while maintaining their normal routine.

Reliable, Loving Pet & Home Care
Pet care experience
Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve had both dogs and cats my whole life, and for over 15 years I’ve been the person friends and family rely on for walks, drop-ins, and overnight care. I currently share my life with a senior dog, which has made me especially gentle, patient, and attentive to the little details — whether that means slower walks, mobility awareness, or simply offering extra comfort and reassurance. At the same time, I love getting outside to run, play, and be active with energetic dogs who need more exercise and engagement. I’m very in tune with meeting each dog where they are in terms of pace, personality, and needs. I’m comfortable administering most medications in non-injectable form and carefully following any specific feeding or care instructions. My approach is calm, one-on-one, and deeply respectful of both your home and your dog’s routine so everything feels familiar and stress-free while you’re away. Because I provide care in your home, your dog gets to stay in the environment where they feel safest — surrounded by their normal sights, smells, and favorite sleeping spots — and you get peace of mind knowing they’re being treated like family.

Thanks Lindsay for pet sitting in our home and sending photos of our dear Scamp! And thanks for your flexibility in scheduling.

Lindsay’s care and connection with my pets is truly so special. I feel completely at ease leaving town knowing they’re in such loving, attentive hands while I’m away. It’s obvious how much she genuinely cares for animals, and my pets are always calm, happy, and loved when they’re with her.

Lindsay couldn’t have been a better dog sitter to our big and little guy! She was super responsive and flexible with our changing schedule. She administered meds for our old dog and was patient and loving with our puppy. The house was immaculate when we got home and the dogs sleepy after a long walk! So glad we found her! 💖

Lindsay was such an amazing caretaker for our two large dogs. She was communicative and kind. She walked them every day, sent pictures and we came home to two happy dogs! We would totally book with her again! She not only took great care of our dogs but also or home! Thank you Lindsay!
