Lindsay has been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. From caring for guinea pigs and fish to rescuing her pit bull, Luna, from a life of being bred and left to roam, Lindsay has always had a deep compassion for animals. She treats every pet in her care with patience, responsibility, and genuine affection—whether it's her own, our family's, a neighbor's or a client's. When Lindsay adopted Luna three years ago, Luna had been severely neglected and never received any training—not even potty training. Through consistency, patience and positive reinforcement, Lindsay transformed Luna into a well-mannered, happy and confident dog. She continues to work with Luna every day to reinforce good behavior and is happy to help clients maintain their pets' routines and reinforce training, commands and good habits while they're away. Lindsay's kind, dependable and calm nature makes her an exceptional pet sitter. Over the years, our family cared for several senior dogs with complex feeding schedules, medications and supplements, and Lindsay consistently handled those responsibilities with great attention to detail. She carefully follows instructions and understands the importance of maintaining a pet's routine, especially for animals with medical or special needs. Having grown up accompanying our dogs to veterinarians and specialists—and now doing the same with Luna—Lindsay is comfortable communicating with veterinary professionals, understands many medical terms and medications, and knows how to respond calmly and appropriately if an emergency arises.
