Availability
I’m currently only accepting DROP-IN visits. I can do an occasional dog walk, but I’m generally not available for daily walks beyond a week or two. I normally operate in time windows (morning, afternoon, or evening), so if you need a specific time (like 8am exactly), please let me know.

Safety, trust & environment
Based on my current schedule and capacity, I’m only able to provide in-home care at the moment. This means I’m available for cats, dogs with yards (who don’t need a walk), and other pets. We will always meet beforehand, so you can get a good feel for me and see how I interact with your pet. And whenever I’m in your home, I always act like I’m on camera, whether you have one or not. Your home is your sacred space. Keeping that intact is just as important to me as the care I provide for your pet.
Information Lindsay C. would like to know about your pet
The most important things for me to know are: - How to feed them - Any meds or special circumstances - Where I can find their supplies (litter, food, etc.) - What time you need me to be there - Oh! And alarm codes. (I learned this the hard way exactly one time, lol)
A typical day
A typical cat visit looks like this: - I enter and turn off any alarms (always making sure nobody escapes!) and lock the door behind me. - I say hello to anyone who wants to greet me, making sure to at least put eyes on my shy friends. - I feed them according to your directions. I also make sure their bowls are clean and no smelly cans are left to rot. - Each visit, I’ll change their water or add water to a fountain as needed. - I clear the litter every visit, making sure to take the old litter outside when I leave. And I clean up any accidents or hairballs I see. - The rest of the time is for play! Or snuggles. Or quiet, kind words. Whatever your kitty needs. - Then I leave your house exactly as I found it. Triple checking that everyone is where they’re supposed to be, all doors and windows are locked, and any alarm is set. - I’ll always send you photos and a note so you can see how each visit went. Dog visits are very similar, except there’s obviously no litter box and they’ll get a 20-25 min walk (or longer, as needed).

Pet care experience
When I started dogwalking with a professional company in 2014, I thought it’d be a short-term gig. Little did I know that 8 years later, I’d have more pet care clients than I can count! I’ve done it all: senior dogs, young puppies, sick cats—and every animal in between. That person you see in NYC walking 4 dogs at once? That was me. I work full-time during the day, so unfortunately I can’t dog walk like I used to. But if you’re looking for someone to pop in on your cat or home-bound pet, I’m your girl. As a cat mom, I understand just how important it is for your furry loved ones to have top-notch care while you’re gone. That’s why I take the time to really learn their needs and schedule in our initial meeting. My goal is for them to feel so loved and cared for, they’re not sad when you’re away!

Reviews

The boys love her so much! I’ve had to use another sitter before when Lindsay wasn’t available, and the boys definitely have favorites — Lindsay is the favorite 💕 The photos she sends always showcase how much they adore her. Oscar is usually pretty shy, but he comes right out when Lindsay arrives 😏 Both boys are purring nonstop, and I can even see Max making happy biscuits in the photos. It genuinely warms my heart! I also recently had a little medication change with Oscar, and Lindsay was more than willing to medicate him every day without hesitation. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing they’re in such loving, capable hands. Litter boxes are always clean, she changes water dishes daily. 10/10 best sitter I have had.

Thank you so much!

Lindsay is always wonderful with my 2 cats. She takes great care of them and sends wonderful updates while I’m away from my two little family members. Thank you again for taking wonderful and thoughtful care of them!

Always there to help!
