Dog boarding is my only commitment. My goal is to feel like a second family for your pet. I like to fill their days with lots of walking and playtime before relaxing as a pack on the couch in the evenings.

Safety, trust & environment

I have five acres of fenced property with lots of room to run and play. I provide supervision at all times and your dog’s safety is my number one priority. My first career was nursing so I’m comfortable providing for your dog’s medical needs. There are miles and miles of hiking on privately managed forest within minutes of my home that I take my clients high energy dogs to walk to 3-4 times per week or, if your dog prefers mild to no exercise they are welcome to snooze on the couch or just observe farm chores throughout the day. I hope to build relationships with clients and take care of your pets for years to come.

Home

Lives on a farm/ranch
Has a fenced yard
Non-smoking household

Dogs allowed on furniture
Potty breaks every 0-2 hours

Information Lindsay C. would like to know about your pet

I would like to know your dog’s sleeping arrangements at home and a general idea of their daily routine and likes or dislikes. My goal is to make being boarded an enjoyable experience for your dog so they adjust fast and can fall into the routine here as quickly as possible.

A typical day

There is lots to explore here. We have acres of fenced in meadow as well as forested area to roam in. There is also a fenced in chicken run and dogs can watch the chickens forage. I have an art studio in the barn that I spend lots of time in and boarded dogs get to come and go between the barn and the fenced in pasture as they please. I have added dog hiking in local managed forest since last summer and have really enjoyed spending time walking dogs out away from popular heavily used local trails. If you have a high energy dog that could go for miles, I would love to do a day hike with them.

Lindsay took fantastic care of Mia. So appreciate her taking her on hikes and treating Mia like part of the family. We will definitely use Lindsay again.

Lindsay is amazing. I unfortunately shorted her on Libby's food by one meal (we make our own) but Lindsay was happy to replicate the recipe and cook for Libby. Who does that? It's always evident from Libby that she loves Lindsay and that's what it's all about. A happy dog is an owner's best feeling and the best review a dog sitter could get. We are so grateful to have Lindsay as our dog sitter. Thank you, Lindsay!

I will always keep my precious dog with Lindsay. She returns home happy and I am assured that Lindsay spends every minute possible alongside her. Lindsay truly puts pets first.

Libby and I LOVE Lindsay. I couldn't ask for a better person to take care of our very spoiled Doberman. I especially like that she takes her on hikes as she's a high-energy dog and Lindsay loves to hike, so they are a perfect match. Thank you once again Lindsay. Libby is looking forward to staying with you again in October.
