Linda and Wendy took great care of our old puppy. He got outside frequently to explore the fenced yard and went on a walk. They accommodated him when he sought out his preferred spot in their house. We liked that someone is home most of the time and would definitely use them again.

I very highly recommend Linda for any care and walking of dogs. I have known Linda for many years as a co-worker and good friend. Linda has a calm, relaxed and patient manner and she is very knowledgeable about canine behavior. These qualities allow dogs to quickly feel safe and to accept Linda as a leader. Linda has a special aptitude for relating to dogs who have gotten off to a rough start and has ...

Home full time/fenced yard/walks

We love dogs and animals in general in our household. There is almost always someone home and we are never gone for more than a couple of hours at a time. We have cared for pets with medical conditions including senior animals with seizures, deafness and blindness. Potty accidents don’t bother us but also don’t tend to happen as we are always letting the dogs in and out to our secure, fenced yard ...

What Linda & Wendy would like to know about your dog

I really like Goldens and medium to smaller dogs. I’m happy to care for senior dogs that have some medical needs. I would need to know your dog’s special needs, energy level and temperament. If your dog were to come to my house I would need to know the level of prey drive since we have a resident bunny. Even tough we can handle dogs up to 40 pounds, we are not able to take breeds that are highly protective and / or dominant - such as pit bulls. Rottweilers, German Shepherds, etc. we’re more the beagle, hound, retriever sort of family where the slightly bigger dogs are concerned.
