Pet care experience

Love walks and lots of attention?

I've had the privilege of owning two dogs - one was 19 years old and the other was 14 when our dogs passed away. I have really enjoyed looking after neighbors' and friends' dogs, whether it was boarding them or taking them for regular walks.

I highly recommend Linda as an excellent pet sitter. I have known her for many years and she is such a kind caring person. She always gave our little dog much love and care each time we left Charlie with her when we took extended vacation trips.

Schedule

I currently work full-time, but I am free every weekend and Monday mornings. Dogs are happiest with someone. If your pet loves to be walked and to have someone to interact with, then we will be very happy together. I believe exercise and attention are the key to a settled, healthy, pet.

Safety, trust & environment

We live in a quiet neighborhood and our backyard is fenced on 3 sides. We have a sturdy stake with a chain for dogs who prefer to be left alone to get on with business. If possible, I like to combine pet potty time with a good long walk as it’s more enjoyable for everyone.

A typical day

I think a busy dog is a happy one. While staying with me your dog can expect lots of walks, someone to play games with, and plenty of tummy rubs. We live within a mile of a dog-friendly state park so it’s a fun place to explore together!
