I grew up with my own Jack Russell mix and have also cared for a foster dogs, so I'm just as comfortable with a bouncy, energetic dog as I am with a calm senior who prefers a quiet routine. For me, good dog sitting isn't just about walks, it's about adapting to what each dog actually needs and feels comfortable with. Depending on their energy level and personality, that might mean an active play session, lots of cuddles, or simply a relaxed nap together on the couch. Whatever they need, I make sure they get proper care and attention the whole time. Having experience with both my own dog and foster dogs means I'm used to dogs with different backgrounds and needs. I know that every dog settles in and communicates differently, and I take the time to earn their trust. As a student, I also have flexible hours and can offer longer walks or extended care when your schedule needs it. I'm also currently learning Danish.
